SECTION II - TYPES OF MEMBERS

Individual Member - $50 annual dues
Student Member - $25 annual dues
Corporate Membership I – Coal Producers - $1,500 per year, 75 members
Corporate Membership II – Manufacturers - $1,000 per year, 50 members
Corporate Membership III – All Other Companies - $500 per year, 25 members

SECTION III - ANNUAL MEETINGS

To be held between April 15 and May 15 of each calendar year.

SECTION IV - RECORDS

Membership list maintained by Secretary
Accounting records maintained by Treasurer
Annual audit by members or an accounting firm

SECTION V - AMENDMENTS TO THE CONSTITUTION

Letter ballot only
Requires three-fourths of valid votes cast for adoption
