- Nevada Non-Profit Corporation (IRS approval pending)
- Individual Member - $50 annual dues
- Student Member - $25 annual dues
- Corporate Membership I – Coal Producers - $1,500 per year, 75 members
- Corporate Membership II – Manufacturers - $1,000 per year, 50 members
- Corporate Membership III – All Other Companies - $500 per year, 25 members
- To be held between April 15 and May 15 of each calendar year.
- Membership list maintained by Secretary
- Accounting records maintained by Treasurer
- Annual audit by members or an accounting firm
SECTION V - AMENDMENTS TO THE CONSTITUTION
- Letter ballot only
- Requires three-fourths of valid votes cast for adoption
